Prayer For New Life

John Alley 19^th August 2023

Father I thank you for Keith. I thank you for Margaret. I thank you for their leaders and for those who have stood faithfully with them over the years and I thank you for all the people who are here with them right now; not for those who are here today, but also those who could not come or were not inspired to come for whatever reason. Lord, they are all part of this fellowship, this community. I ask that the arms of God would go about them all and that you would lift them up.

I ask Lord that you would take this fellowship - this congregation of your people - and make it all the more holy, and lift it up Lord to another place altogether of grace and of favour from God. I ask that you would so wash them, so cleanse them, so lift them up. Lord may they find favour in your eyes.

Lord I pray for this congregation, especially for those who are mature, especially those who have sat under under instruction, not only this today but other instruction. I ask that you would grant them great grace to deal with the invisible, to deal with things in the the spirit realm, to deal with all the spiritual warfare issues.

I ask, O Lord, that you would give to Keith and to his people, a depth of understanding, the spirit of understanding.

I ask O Lord that you would open their eyes to see, that you would grant grace amongst them for the discerning of spirits.

I ask especially that you would grant power to this church in the matter of forgiving other people and healing them, speaking words by which others are delivered, the body of Christ is delivered, Narrabri is delivered, their own congregation is delivered. What am I asking is that the real, pure essence of what it is to be the New Jerusalem would be all the more fully established right here with this people.

I ask O Lord that you would you give them authority to rule the nations with a rod of iron as you speak of. Lord grant power to Keith and his people to overcome and to sit with you on your throne and to rule nations. That is, I ask O Lord that you would give them the ability, give them the insight, give them the grace by which they can pray prayers to touch anything in the world, shift anything in the world, heal anything in the world in the world, break the power of any wickedness in the world.

I ask O Lord, that you would empower this people, and grant all the while Lord this precious gift that they are able to walk free of the hindrances, the opposition, the control, the accusations, the jealousies that are close to hand.

Lord deliver. I pray for the deliverance of New Life church. I pray for the deliverance of Narrabri. I ask you Lord that whatever apathy may be on the town, whatever complacency, whatever darkness, whatever has been sold out to strange and fleshly vested interests, whatever might be hidden, whatever obstacles and hindrances there may be to the advance of the gospel and the maturing of the church, I ask you Lord all these things will be cleared away.

I ask you Lord for new life to come to Narrabri, the pouring out of the Spirit of God, the awakening of peoples, the fulfilment of your word that times of refreshing come from the presence of the Lord. Clothe this place with peace. Place upon this church, O Lord, great grace and I ask that all the words of enemies and the friendly fire of friends who speak foolishly, that all of it will fall away; all the false expectations will fall away, all the limiting views will fall away- the limiting views of the people within and the limiting views of the people without – I ask Lord, that all of this will disappear as the morning mist and rather that you will lift up your people.

May there be a whole new sense of who they are and why they are here, of divine calling, of holy purpose. Lord, this is the church of the Lord Jesus. This is holy ground, and we bless it.

So I receive from you hand, Lord, anointing, power today. Thank you for the anointing. Thank you for grace given. Thank you for impartation. I bring it down upon this church. I bring it down upon this meeting. I bring it down on the hearts and minds, and the lives and the homes and the families of those here today in Jesus’ name. Friends, I release it to you, anointing to you to deal well with the things that are in the spirit realm, to deal well with the Lord in your prayers, to walk with God, to believe God, to get the victory, to gain the victory and to keep the victory. I release to you the gift of God. Yes, thank you Lord.

We receive the Spirit of the Lord with fresh anointing over this house today. Lord, we're not even waiting for the night, not waiting for tomorrow it’s right now. Fresh anointing! The moving of the Holy Spirit. Everybody receive grace – the gift of God.

Now Lord, open eyes. Open ears to hear your voice. I ask Lord that you make this a hearing people, a seeing people, an understanding people. Riches of grace added to them, I pray.

And from this time, may every tongue speak wisdom. Thank you Lord. Foolishness fall away. Wisdom be lifted up. Make this a wise and a holy people. So I bless them, and I thank you for them. Thank you Lord. Thank you for all they mean to Keith and Margaret. Thank you for all they mean to Hazel and I. Thank you for all they mean to each other.

Now Lord I pray, strength be added, power be added, grace be added, favour be added. We bless this house in Jesus’ name. Amen.
