Lectio divina. Give each person a paper and pen. Read Ezekiel 37:2-24 through. Process is:
1. Read passage to get feel for it
2. Read passage for what God highlights
3. Turn it into a prayer, a sentence. Ask each person to read out what they have.
Word
1. Homework. Did everyone read 1 Corinthians 9-16? What stood out in these chapters? Was there anything you did not understand?
2. Have there been opportunities to talk to people about Jesus?
3. Are there any thoughts on last week's session about curses?
4. What does the word “Passion” mean to you? Is faith something we should be passionate about?
5. Read Revelation 3:1-6. What was the church at Sardis like? What are the features of a “dead” church?
6. What things help us to be alive for God?
7. What sorts of things get in the way of being full-on for God?
8. How can we stir up our passion for God without just getting emotionally hypes? What practices or disciplines should we hold on to?
9. Pray for one another and for the people on the “praying list”
